Our unit is on the ocean and considered an ocean front condominium with the following rates:
1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom for two people
$220 daily December 15, 2013 to April 14, 2014; $200 daily April 15, 2014 until December 15, 2014.
5% discount 10 to 27 days, 15% discount 28 days or longer
AAA and AARP Discounts available, but not combined
Extra persons: $10 each per day
$300 deposit required to confirm. Three weeks notice required for deposit refund in event of cancellation. $25 service charge on all refunds. Rates subject to Hawaii State Tax.
